MISSION

The mission of “The Equalizers” is to provide expert HR, EEO, mediation, and training services to both public and private employers primarily in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.

EEO LEGAL ADVOCACY SERVICES

Many times prospective clients are confused and unprepared to meet with an attorney or paralegal because they lack clarity and organization of their issues. The Equalizers can remedy the problem.

We will interview complainants, organize case information, assess the issues and evaluate the overall complaint against required legal standards of Title VII, Civil Rights Act of 1964, Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA, Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Sections 501 and 505 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and other applicable laws.  We guarantee to save your practice and staff valuable time and effort by determining what legal services are recommended or needed. A comprehensive report is provided to the attorney for final review.
